Built in 2006, the Mesquite Springs Condominium development contains 135 units. A total of 45 buildings with three units in each building make up the residential element. Community amenities include a large open and spacious clubhouse equipped with a gym, pool, computer room and a large spa. It also boasts a barbecue pavilion and a fitness center. The play area for kids, an on-site storage facility and a trail system add to the Southern Nevada lifestyle.
Upon completion, 25% of the homes were purchased by Canadians while approximately the same amount was purchased by people residing in of California to use as a rental property.
