American Landmark Group purchased a 36,000sf building in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2018.
In September 2018 we were awarded a 20 year firm lease with two 5 year options to the United States Department of Justice.
We are currently doing a $4 million dollar renovation to accommodate the agency which will occupy the facility in late 2019.
American Landmark Group is currently working on bids for office and flex buildings for the Department of Justice in
cities across the US.
