He began his career in 1975 while attending Weber State University.
Soon after starting his construction career, he learned that he had an unusual ability to grasp the fundamentals of the industry and quickly moved into an estimatingcapacity with his employer, and then on to project management.
Continuing that upward progression he was promoted to senior project/construction management overseeing all aspects of the companies’ construction management.
His expertise and knowledge has been vital in the construction of schools, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, jails, rocket manufacturing facilities, gold mines, food processing facilities and apartments throughout the Western United States. Hal started his own construction company in 2006 which has been incorporated into the construction division of American Landmark Group.
As a Partner in American Landmark Group, Hal’s role is one of contributing his knowledge inconstruction, value engineering, estimating to all projects, and then overseeing the construction through to completion.
